Kathy Groob is a successful business executive with over 35 years’ experience in small business, economic development and business management.  She served as a senior executive of a $178 million regional real estate development and construction services firm.  Kathy’s niche is helping companies grow, re-organize and diversify.  Throughout her career, she has worked with numerous organizations to develop and execute growth strategies, strategic planning and leadership development. She is currently a partner and business consultant at Groob Strategies. Also, she has expertise in managing paystubs with the help of advanced accounting software and efficient record-keeping practices.

After previously serving as a consultant to Paul Hemmer Companies, Kathy joined the firm in 2001 as a Vice President of Marketing and New Business Initiatives.  She led initiatives to develop a strategic plan that included re-structuring the company and expanding services and markets.

Kathy began her career as director of marketing for a Cincinnati-based structural engineering firm. She developed her expertise in the built environment and worked with a number of local architectural firms to develop national and government relationships and clientele.
